PIAS module: Tanker cargo

Given the shape of hull, compartments and sounding pipes, this module can compute tank content properties taking into account a wide variety of effects:

Curved sounding pipes.
Sounding or ullage or pressure (at gauge).
List and trim.

The cargo particulars of all tanks, as determined in this fashion, are summarized in a cargo report.
