📰 LOCOPIAS installations in April – including a tailored solution for La Presta

In April, several vessels were equipped with LOCOPIAS, SARC’s advanced loading software. From robust tugs to inland tankers, each ship now benefits from tools that enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance in daily operations.

This month’s installations include:

  • Wenna – Tug

  • SL Griffin – Tug

  • Volharding 17 – Inland Waterway Tanker

  • La Presta – Inland Waterway Tanker

🌟 Spotlight: La Presta

For the La Presta, a new custom feature was developed: Residue on Bottom (RoB). This addition enables users to manually set or initialize cargo residues per tank in one centralized menu—supporting more realistic loading scenarios and improved operational control.

“The purpose of this functionality is to assist users to manually adjust the RoB value of each tank, or initialize it by copying the tank volume value in it.”
