Login problems

Our FTP site is accessible 24 hours per day / 7 days per week with the exception of service time. Access to our FTP site is tested by SARC thoroughly. Login attempts from multiple stations and simultaneous downloads caused no problem. In case you cannot login please read the following:

• Check your Username and Password. Both are case sensitive.
• Equipment or connections may be in service. Please try again a little later.
• Due to local settings in your browser software or if your computer is secured by a firewall, FTP site access can be refused. Alter your settings or contact your system administrator.
• # With Ms-Internet Explorer version 7 you may experience difficulties connecting to FTP-sites in general. If login does not work this alternative might work for our FTP site :
  Goto Start, Run, and type
  explorer.exe ftp://username:password@mail.sarc.nl/
  replace username and password with the login data provided by SARC.

As an alternative we can send a CD-rom with the latest version of the software including the manual in PDF format by standard mail. You can order a CD-rom by E-mail. Costs for a CD-rom are 50,00 Euro, excluding VAT.
